These Terms of Service apply to New Image Mobile Auto Painting and the use of our website, quote forms, phone calls, text messages, and services. By submitting a quote request, scheduling service, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.
Services:
New Image Mobile Auto Painting provides mobile auto paint, bumper repair, cosmetic body repair, scratch repair, scuff repair, chip repair, touch-up repair, small panel paint repair, and quote review services in the Atlanta metro area. Some repairs may not be a good fit for mobile service, including large collision damage, frame damage, full restorations, insurance claim handling, roof repairs, hood repairs, and large horizontal panels.
Quotes:
Quotes are based on the information and photos provided by the customer. Final pricing may change after further review or inspection. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that the repair can be completed or that an appointment is confirmed.
Photos and Vehicle Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, damage location, service address or area, preferred appointment time, repair notes, and clear photos of the damage. Photos are required before accurate pricing or scheduling can be confirmed.
Scheduling:
Appointments are not automatically confirmed until New Image Mobile Auto Painting reviews the request and confirms availability. Customers should provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are approved in advance.
SMS/Text Messaging:
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from New Image Mobile Auto Painting related to quote requests, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and follow-ups. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Privacy:
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Limitation:
New Image Mobile Auto Painting makes reasonable efforts to provide quality service, but results may vary based on vehicle condition, paint color, damage severity, previous repairs, and service location. We reserve the right to decline work that is not a good fit for mobile service.
